We always aim for safe, on-time delivery, but sometimes things happen during shipping.
Snuggle Bugz isn’t responsible for lost or stolen shipments.
If your order is missing, we can start a carrier investigation (usually takes 7–14 business days).
Please wait 24 hours after a package is marked “delivered” before contacting us — sometimes carriers scan early.
If the carrier confirms a delivery error, we’ll offer a reshipment, store credit, or refund. If a package was delivered correctly but later stolen, we’re unfortunately not liable.
