Do You Include Receipts?Updated a month ago

Snuggle Bugz is paperless, so we don’t include gift receipts, packing slips or invoices with orders.
However, the order number is all you need for a return! Should you not have that information available, our Team can assist in trying to track the order down for you.

If you need a receipt or invoice for your order, you can request it from our customer service team. Please provide details such as the order number or confirmation number to facilitate the process. We will send you the requested document via email.
