Cancelling An In-Store Order

To cancel an in-store order, contact your local Snuggle Bugz store to see if cancellation is possible.If approved, the purchaser must return to the store with their original method of payment to receive a refund.

Cancelling a Pickup Order

If you’ve changed your mind about picking up your order, you can request a cancellation from our Customer Care Team!Once it’s cancelled, we’ll send you a confirmation email and process your refund.

Why Was My Order Cancelled?
