When picking up your order, please bring:

• Your order confirmation email

• A piece of government-issued photo ID

• The credit card used for the purchase

We can’t release orders without the correct identification.

Want someone else to pick up for you?
Yes, someone else can pick up your order on your behalf! Please ensure the individual has the confirmation email, a piece of government ID, and a reference to the last four digits of the method of payment used for the order. 

Additionally, kindly inform our team about the name of the person picking up the order so we can add it to the order notes for a smooth pickup process!
