Received a Damaged Item?Updated a month ago

We’re so sorry! If your order arrived damaged, please report it within 7 business days of receiving it.

If the damage is reported after 7 days, it will need to go through the vendor warranty. We’re happy to help you contact the vendor, but please note we can’t refund or replace items due to wear and tear.
