How does Buy Online Pick Up In-Store (BOPIS) work?Updated 7 days ago

Our Buy Online Pick Up In-Store (BOPIS) service allows you to shop for your favorite baby products online and then conveniently pick them up at your nearest Snuggle Bugz store!

Simply check if the item(s) are available at your location by selecting the 'Pickup In-Store' option before adding it to cart. At checkout, you can double check if ALL items are available for you to pickup. Once your order is ready for pickup, we'll notify you by email.

Orders will be held for 3 days (72 hours) before being cancelled and automatically refunded to your original method of payment. 

Please note that Jellycats cannot be purchased online for pick up in store! The website does not accurately reflect Jellycat inventory in store, since it moves very quick!
