All Snuggle Bugz furniture products come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and/or manufacturing. This warranty is covered by the manufacturer directly.

Please note that warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, user error, or excessive wear and tear. Consumer is responsible for any damages that occur during transport should they choose to pick up instead of paying for the professional delivery service that we offer. Nestled is not responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty returns. Nestled is not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse or malfunction of products. Any claim submitted to a manufacturer is subject to their sole discretion if they determine that the item has been mishandled by the consumer.
