Upon Placing Your Order

Once you've placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order. You will then receive a follow up phone call or email from our Customer Care Team to keep you updated on arrival times!

Note: All orders are considered as a special order that can take up to 16 weeks to arrive.

Once Your Order Arrives:

Once your order has arrived in our Oakville warehouse, you will be notified by our team with details on how you can pick up your order. 

If you have opted for delivery, you will either receive a phone call or email from the local delivery company. For all orders shipped, the delivery personnel will bring your items inside your house but cannot assist you with unpacking or assembling your order.
