To return your online or in-store purchase, please visit your local Snuggle Bugz location with your original method of payment and provide them with your order number.

All returns are subject to inspection upon return and it is up to the discretion of the store team to authorize it. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in its original packaging (unopened) within 30 days. For clothing, toys, or other items without a box the original tags must be intact. 

Items not deemed in returnable condition may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 100%. Note that some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
